When there were items from the home inspection that needed correction, Kevin was on top of everything to get them completed in a cost effective manner. When the new buyers wanted a trampoline removed and a wood pile removed, Kevin took care of that for us. From carpet cleaning, to misc. repairs and requests, Kevin was on top of it all.
